Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox's parents are Dorothy Fharquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox was a student at her studies at the Royal Academy of Music, London in the 70s. She took a course in harpsichord as well as the flautist piano for three years. The budget of her was augmented by a stipend for students as well as part-time employment. Lennox did not feel happy with the quality of her performance compared with other students at Royal Academy and began looking to find alternative routes. Lennox played flute with a group called Dragons Playground in 1976. The group broke up prior to their appearance on I.T.V's Talent program New Faces. Between 1977 and 1980 she was lead vocalist for The Tourists, a British Pop group. That was also where she met Dave Stewart with whom she will form Pop duo Eurythmics. Following that Lennox started working on her solo first album Diva and it was released in 1992. It received lots of praise both from the press and critics. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo album was released in the month of November. The C.D. contains a collection of Lennoxs favorite blues and soul songs from her childhood. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four piano improvisations was published by Lennox in May 2019. This E.P. Her first album, Now I'm Letting You Go... It is an accompaniment to her installation of artwork in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Annie Lennox (born December 25 in 1954) is a Scottish political activist and singer. After a brief successes as a part of the group known as The Tourists in the late 1970s she and fellow musician Dave Stewart went on to become internationally renowned as the pop duo Eurythmics during the 1980s. Lennox debuted her solo music career in 1992 by releasing an album titled Diva. It featured many popular songs including walking on Broken Glass and What's the Matter with You. Medusa a studio album which was released in 1995, features the versions of a few of her biggest hits, such as The No MoreI I Still Love Yous (and The Whiter Shade of Pale). She is credited with the release of six studio albums on her own as well as a compilation.
